Saturday May 18th St:Patrick's Hall
BREAKTIME is a site-fluid reservoir for bad ideas, generated and performed by Jonathan Matthews and Holly Sass. Classmates in Tisch Dance’s class of 2014, they were often cast together in a diverse array of work until joining forces in 2017 for Tisch Dance’s Alumni Choreographic Workshop under the mentorship of Gus Solomons, Jr. Since then, they have been presented by UNA Projects, Liberty Hall Dance Festival, Center for Performance Research, Dixon Place, Create:ART, Arts On Site, DMAC, and the Tisch Dance Summer Residency Festival. The pair has additionally been greatly nourished by residencies at Chez Bushwick, Gallim Dance, and Franklin Chthonics, and were featured in the music video for Star Rover’s “And Then I Remembered.”
Chitra Ramaswamy is a Bharatanatyam dancer, teacher and a choreographer. She was introduced to the classical dance form at the age of nine and began her education in the Kalakshetra style under the able guidance of her Guru Padmashree Adyar.K.Lakshmanan of Chennai. She also trains regularly with leading dancers Jayanthi Subramaniam and Bragha Bassel.
Chitra’s passion towards the art drives her to continuously innovate and adapt various themes that can help even an audience unfamiliar with the intricacies of Bharatanatyam appreciate it in its full grandeur. It’s her mission to blend the traditional with the modern and adapt interesting concepts from different lands and cultures.

mignolo dance~ is a contemporary dance company based out of New York and New Jersey founded by sisters, Charly and Eriel Santagado, in 2017.
They have been dancing and creating together for more than ten years and use this experience to continue to collaborate with each other and other dancers
and artists to create new work that explores elements of various artistic mediums through movement. The company has had work shown at Newburgh Illuminated
Festival at the Ritz Stage, KoDaFe, White Wave’s Dumbo Dance Festival, The Craft, SMUSH Moves Gallery, Small Plates, Marie-Christine Giordano’s Artists Salon

Yamini Kalluri is a professional Kuchipudi dancer based in New York. She has been practicing this dance form over ten years. She has been under the tutelage of the legendary guru, Padmasri Dr. Sobha Naidu. She is known for her grace, agility and uncompromising perfection. She has been teaching Kuchipudi for over six years and has finished her certificate in Kuchipudi from Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University with distinction results in the year 2013. She aims to bring a new face to Kuchipudi. Yamini has performed in various prestigious festivals and venues across India and internationally. She is now a youth member
of the International Dance Council, UNESCO.

JESSICA RAY is a native of Oklahoma City, OK, and holds a B.F.A. in dance along with a minor in media studies from Stephens College. Following an exciting internship in video at Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, she's been working in New York City for the past 7 years as an independent contractor creating high quality video content for dance companies in the city through Nel Shelby Productions. Jessica has also had the pleasure of working with companies like: Galex Media, Essence Magazine, BET, The Harlem YMCA, Teen Vogue, The Awakening Movement, and The New York Public Library.
DANCE INTO DELIVERANCE
Jessica is the artistic director and producer of Dance into Deliverance, a small New York project based dance collective. Dance into Deliverance combines a spiritual foundation with an investigative, and experimental practice. Jessica aims to inspire ideas that fuel creativity of both her collaborators and audience.
Jessica has been producing works within her company, Dance into Deliverance since 2013. Through Dance into Deliverance, Jessica has performed and showcased her work for the Dixon Place Under-Exposed Festival, Amalgamate Dance Company's Artist Series, Sans Limites Dance Company's Winter Showcase, Six Degrees of Separation showcase, The Awakening Movement, and The Dance Collective along with other festivals and events. Her dance films have screened in festivals in Brooklyn, New Jersey, and Atlanta and Texas.

Eveline Kleinjans is a choreographer, dancer and dance educator from the Netherlands. After earning her degree in Dance Educatio from ArtEZ in Arnhem she received a VSB-fund scholarship to study Simonson Technique in NYC. Since her move to NYC she performed in works by others as well as her own works. She performed in venues including; Symphony Space, Peridance, Green Space, Triskilion Arts, Mark O’Donnell Theatre and Gibney Dance.
